Richard Grieco Is A Deadbeat Dad

Kimber's son Dylan was born April 28 and a paternity test showed a 99.96 certainty Grieco is the boy's father. But the actor -- who's been dating "Nash Bridges" beauty Yasmine Bleeth for three years -- has yet to see the child and hasn't been supporting the boy financially, says Kimber.

Now Kimber, an actress, has filed a complaint with a Los Angeles court to try to force Richard to live up to his obligations.

"I'm not looking for a million-dollar mansion -- I just want Richard to pay what he's supposed to pay by law," Kimber, 37, told The ENQUIRER in an exclusive interview.

"Although I really loved Richard, and I still do, I have moved on with my life. But there is a little baby that needs his mother and -- his father -- to help raise him."

According to the court papers, Richard has paid a meager $1,000 to help Kimber with their child.

Yet he lives in a $1.46 million home in Los Angeles that features two pools, a rooftop Jacuzzi, furnishings worth $92,000 and art objects worth $34,000, the papers state. He also has four motorcycles, a Corvette and a Jaguar.

Meanwhile, Kimber says she and Dylan are "struggling."

"If it were not for Richard's sister, my friends and family, Dylan and I would be on the street. I even have to borrow money from my friends to buy diapers!"

Richard and Kimber met over 10 years ago and began an on-and-off relationship that continued even after Grieco fell in love with Yasmine Bleeth in 1996. She says they got together in the summer of 1998 -- and the result was little Dylan.

"I found out later through some mutual friends that he told Yasmine it was just one encounter -- and it was a 'mistake' that would never happen again," Kimber told The ENQUIRER.

"I still don't think she knows I spent the entire month with Richard in his place!"

An insider revealed: "Richard has yet to see his only child for fear that Yasmine will dump him if he gets involved in the boy's life. He's faced with either losing his longtime girlfriend -- or not seeing his son from another woman."

Richard's attorney had no comment.

A source close to Yasmine added: "Yasmine loves Richard, but this paternity case has thrown a monkey wrench into their relationship!"
