RECRUIT OFFICER TERESA UNCOVERS MURDER AT THE POLICE ACADEMY - When recruit officer Teresa Ortiz (Lana Parilla) discovers the body of a drowned classmate while in the middle of her police academy training, Detectives Stevens (Donnie Wahlberg) and Smith (Mykelti Williamson) lead the investigation into this murder. Meanwhile, as Pierce (Vanessa Williams) finishes out her final hours at central, she teams up with officers Hechler (Gary Basaraba) and Turcotte (Jason Gedrick) to catch a pair of robbers masquerading as LAPD officers.
